Back from the Depths ~ Commissions

Wed Feb 25, 2009, 5:20 PM
Hello again, everyone. I'm finally getting back to work again on my artwork. Thanks to everyone who visited my page and my artwork while I was away. I plan to post a few images in the upcoming days, some of it commissions, while others are original works of mine. I've got just a few small commissions on the table right now, so I'm openly taking new ones as of now. If you've got something you'd like illustrated, send me a message and we'll talk. I'll repost my commission information from my last journal entry, so you don't have to check back there if you're interested in something.

Hope to have some new images for you all soon, and thanks a lot for your patience.

On the Subject of Commissions...

As promised, I have a general pricing range for commissions. All prices are negotiable. They are as follows...

This is all I've got for now. If I decide to make changes or updates, I'll simply do so in another Journal entry, but for now, these are the starting prices on commissions. I'll say again for emphasis that all prices are negotiable, and that these are just to get the ball rolling and give you a general idea of what I can give you.

Now Taking Commissions...

Tue May 27, 2008, 12:50 PM
My gallery is approaching 10K views, and again I'd like to thank everyone who faved, friended, or left comments. I won't have an image ready for 10K, but I'll try and have something for 15 or 20K, if/when that happens. I'd also like to get an image of my avatar online, and perhaps give everyone a chance to get to know me better.

Also of importance, I'd like to start taking commissions starting today. I have a set list of prices that I've used for awhile which I'd like to have revised a bit, and I'll have that online soon for anyone that's interested. In the meantime, if you're interested in a commission, just send me a message and we'll talk.

Hopefully I'll hear from a few of you, and I'll continue to update the gallery whenever I have new artwork to share.

1,000 views already?! I couldn't be more pleased with all the attention my gallery has gotten. Thanks go to everyone who has taken the time to look at my artwork, and an extra thank you to everyone who has fav'd, watched, and left comments. :-)

I'll be posting the last of my old artwork tonight, and start showing some of my newer stuff in the upcoming days. I'm still not quite ready to take commissions yet, but hopefully when I do I'll be able to get a patron or two.

Until then, I'll likely just share some of my ideas that I can get onto paper. I'd also like to finagle my way into an art trade or two with some of the other more established TG artists on DA. Working together and talking the trade with other artists is always something I've enjoyed way back when I was working primarily on the Magical Sailor Fuku boards, and I still enjoy it a lot. The tightknit community here on DA is the main reason I'm here in the first place.

Anyway, thanks again to everyone watching. I greatly appreciate it.

Salutations. I got a pretty fancy pen name for this account, but none of you have to worry about that; just call me Goose. I've been a TG artist for several years now, but stopped creating new art for the better part of 2 years. I've enjoyed watching other artists I knew from back then grow and improve, while others quit the game like I did. Even better are all the new artists sharing their ideas in the TG community. So basically I decided now would be a good time for me come back and create new artwork to share.

I'd like to start by uploading some of my older stuff to share, and eventually unveil some newer artwork down the road. I'll be opening up commissions eventually, but for now just (hopefully) enjoy what I can offer, and thanks for viewing. :-)
